IT contractor ICF International has named William J. Fletcher technical director of cyber-security solutions.
Fletcher will focus on delivering North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) for commercial clients.
Fletcher was previously CIP audits and investigations lead for the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. Fletcher also has compliance and audit competencies and technical skills and professional affiliations in the energy sector.
