Seth Hulkower has been named senior vice president of ICF International’s Energy, Environment and Transportation group.
Hulkower will lead the design and implementation of a strategy to expand ICF’s business in the distribution of electric utility management, power pool operations, power contract negotiations, utility regulation and power plant design and construction.
“Seth Hulkower brings to ICF deep expertise and experience in all facets of the electric distribution business, as well as an extensive network of related industry participants both inside and outside of the United States,” Sergio Ostria, executive vice president for ICF International, said in a statement.
Hulkower was chief operating officer of Long Island Power Authority from 1996 to 2007. Before joining ICF, he was president of Strategic Energy Advisors LLC, a consulting firm focused on the regulatory and technology challenges faced by companies in the evolving energy market.
