Fairfax-based ICF International has named Lynda C. Davis senior vice president for defense and intelligence.
She also will head ICF’s companywide service member, veteran and family initiative.
Davis is a former deputy undersecretary of defense for military community and family policy and a former deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for manpower and personnel policy.
ICF is a major provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
