ICF International names new CFO
June 15, 2012 4:21 AMJIT contractor ICF International has named James C. Morgan executive vice president and CFO.
Morgan, 47, was most recently executive vice president and CFO of Serco Inc. where he led Serco’s 140-person financial management team and was responsible for a 70-person subcontracting and procurement department and a 60-person information technology department.
Morgan worked at SAIC for 18 years, holding executive roles such as senior vice president and business transformation officer and senior financial officer for strategic and operational finance.
Morgan holds an MBA from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.
