Howard Shockey & Sons Inc. in Winchester has named Brad Bolyard to the position of project director.
Bolyard will be responsible for managing teams on strategically selected construction projects throughout Shockey’s geographic market areas.
Bolyard has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in the northern Shenandoah Valley region, where he has worked on commercial, industrial, educational, institutional and health-care projects. Before joining Howard Shockey, he served as a vice president for Excel Contractors in Hagerstown, Md.
