GTSI appoints general counsel
February 01, 2011 2:37 PMGTSI Corp. has appointed Joe Uglialoro vice president and general counsel.
Uglialoro joined the Herdon-based government IT vendor in 2004 as senior counsel. Prior to his position at GTSI, he served as in-house counsel to France Telecom and PSINet.
Uglialoro’s duties have included overseeing litigation matters, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and managing the company’s corporate legal department. He is a member of the bar in New York and Virginia.
