Gilbane appoints Thomas Hogg as Richmond business development manager

Gilbane Inc., a national construction and real estate development company, has named Thomas Hogg as business development manager of the company’s Richmond office.

In his new role, Hogg will maintain and expand client relationships in Central Virginia and Hampton Roads.

He previously served as vice president of business development for Hourigan Construction in Richmond.
