Frederick W. Plaisted II has joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners Inc. in Richmond as a first vice president/associate broker. He will work in leasing, acquisition, disposition and consulting services, with a primary focus on office.
Before joining Commonwealth Commercial, Plaisted was a principal at Plaisted Commercial from 2005 to 2012 and a senior vice president with Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield from 1988 to 2005 where he was director of the Office Buildings Division.
Commonwealth Commercial Partners has offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach and manages more than 13 million square feet of space in the commonwealth. It also has an office in Nashville, Tenn.
