Freddie Mac announces leadership changes, consolidates single-family division

Mortgage financing giant Freddie Mac announced new leadership in its three divisions and consolidated its single family and operations divisions.
Anthony Renzi has been named executive vice president of Freddie’s new Single-Family and Operations & Technology Division. The division consolidates three of the company’s previous divisions, including single-family credit guarantee, single-family portfolio management and operations and technology divisions.
The new division includes new leadership executive roles. Paul Mullings becomes senior vice president of Single-Family Sourcing and Securitization. Tracy Mooney was prmoted to senior vice president of single-family servicing and real estate owned areas. Robert Lux remains senior vice president and chief technology officer.
David Brickman will become the new leader of Freddie’s Multifamily Division on July 15, when Mike May leaves the company. Brickman was vice president of Multifamily CMBS Capital Markets.
Carol Wambeke is the company’s new chief compliance officer. She follows Jerry Weiss, who became the company’s vice president and chief administrative officer earlier this year.
Devajyoti “Doc” Ghose was named senior vice president of Freddie Mac’s Investment s & Capital Markets division and the company’s treasurer.
