EOS Surfaces names four management team members

Norfolk-based EOS Surfaces, a developer and manufacturer of surfacing technologies, has added four members to its management team.
Gus Stuhlreyer has been named chief financial officer. In addition to overseeing the company’s financial functions, Stuhlreyer maintains banking and investor relations, and oversees human resource and risk management issues. Most recently he was general director and CEO of the Virginia Opera based in Norfolk. A native Cincinnatian, Stuhlreyer received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Ken Cashwell was promoted to director of operations and will be responsible for the management of the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Norfolk. The Cupron Enhanced EOS facility, expected to begin operation early next year, will employ specialized equipment that has been designed to implement EOS’ proprietary technology into a range of products. Cashwell holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.
Kimberlee Sautter joins EOS Surfaces as its director of marketing and public relations, and is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in domestic and global markets. Sautter has more than 20 years’ executive agency experience directing cross-channel advertising for a broad spectrum of client industries. Prior to joining Eos Surfaces, Sautter was director of business development for a 12,000-member professional association in Washington, D.C. Sautter received a BFA in illustration and marketing communications from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia.
Kate Mitchell was promoted to inbound marketing director and lead marketing strategist for Cupron Enhanced EOS. In addition to driving the company’s web and social media presence, Mitchell will spearhead the EPA’s Stewardship Program for its new antimicrobial, Cupron Enhanced EOS product. A Norfolk native, Mitchell holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University - Carey School of Business.
