Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the promotions of 12 people in its Richmond office. Austin Newman, who joined the firm in 1995, and Birck Turnbull, an employee since 1998, were promoted to senior vice president.
Three people were promoted to first vice president: Eric Robison, who has been with Thalhimer since 2004; Richard Thalhimer, who joined in 1996; and Mac Wilson, a staffer since 2004.
The firm promoted seven people to the position of vice president: Jim Ashby, Gregg Beck, Franklin Bell, Jr., Brian Berkey, Jason Guillot, Pete Waldbauer and Suzanne White.
In Fredericksburg, the company announced two promotions. Jamie A. Scully, who joined the company in 2008 when Sullivan Properties merged with Thalhimer, was promoted to first vice president. Sculley specializes in office leasing and investment sales and manages the Fredericksburg office.
Berkley M. Mitchell, an employee since 2008, moved up to vice president.
