Brian Dawson has been promoted to lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. area operations. As senior managing director, he assumes oversight of the company’s strategic business objectives, recruitment goals, day-to-day activities and continued growth of services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Virginia and suburban Maryland.
In his previous role, Dawson led the firm’s suburban Maryland operations while continuing to serve clients as a managing broker. A 25-year industry veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Dawson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a senior director and partner in the firm’s Institutional Investment Sales group.
