Eric Berkman and Steven Gichner have joined Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate firm, as executive vice presidents. Both will be based in Washington, D.C.
Berkman, previously an executive vice president of the D.C. Institutional Markets Group at Grubb & Ellis, has 23 years of experience in the field. At Grubb & Ellis, Gichner focused on the acquisition and disposition of office investment properties on behalf of institutional and private investors. He has more than 21 years of experience in the sale of institutional-quality office and industrial assets in the Mid-Atlantic and secondary markets.
