The CST Group, a Reston-based public accounting firm, has named Richard Lukens, CPA, as director of business development.
Lukens was the managing partner for Lukens & Co. PLC from 2001 to 2009.
In December 2009, Burdette, Smith & Bish LLC acquired the business, and Lukens held the position of tax manager there until June 2012.
He also has worked as a controller and consultant for government contractors and nonprofit organizations in the Washington, D.C. area since 1990.
