David W. Frasier has joined Cardinal Financial Corp. in Tysons Corner as executive vice president, director of audit. In his new post, he will be responsible for the audit functions of the corporation and its subsidiary companies.
Frasier has more than 30 years of auditing and accounting experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as audit director for Fulton Financial Corp. in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Fulton, Frasier held senior audit positions at The Columbia Bank and Riggs Bank
Cardinal Financial serves the Washington metropolitan region through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cardinal Bank, which has 26 branches. Cardinal also operates George Mason Mortgage LLC, Cardinal First Mortgage LLC, Cardinal Trust and Investment Services and Wilson/Bennett Capital Management Inc.
