Cardinal Bank has named Marc J. Blumenstein vice president, real estate loan officer.
In his role, Blumenstein will generate residential and commercial real estate loans.
Blumenstein was previously a vice president with Bank of America and its predecessors.
Blumenstein received a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University as well as a MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
