Calkain Cos. promotes Andrew Fallon to associate vice president

Calkain Cos. in Reston has promoted Andrew Fallon to associate vice president. Fallon worked previously as an associate. In 2010, his first year in net lease investment brokerage, Fallon was named “Rookie of the Year” by his colleagues in recognition of his high transaction volume. Calkain, which also has offices in Tampa, Wilmington, Del., and Boston, focuses on single and multi-tenant retail, industrial, hotel and office net- leased transactions.
