CACI wins spot on large Army linguistics contract
January 11, 2012 3:17 PMCACI International Inc. has been awarded one of six prime positions on a U.S. Army linguistics contract worth up to $9.7 billion.
The Arlington County-based IT contractor will provide translation and interpretation services for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
In addition, the company will provide equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation tolls, materials and supervision.
The contract is over five years and covers more than 28 languages to support the U.S. Department of Defense.
INSCOM, headquartered in Fort Belvoir, conducts intelligence, security and information operations for military commanders and national decision makers.
