Information technology firm CACI International Inc. has named Garnett R. Stowe Jr. senior vice president and division group manager in the company’s National Solutions Group.
Stowe will be responsible for national level, Department of Defense and federal civilian sector intelligence programs.
Stowe mostly recently has provided consulting for small businesses focusing on intelligence and defense. He is chairman of the Intelligence and National Security Association’s (INSA) Homeland Security Intelligence Council.
He was also previously vice president of National Intelligence Programs for the Raytheon Co. and a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton. He also has served many intelligence and military positions, including chief of staff, National Reconnaissance Office; senior policy officer for the Director Central Intelligence; chief, Intelligence Directorate, Department of Defense Inspector General; and military assistant, Director of Intelligence, Joint Chiefs of Staff.
