CACI Inc. completes acquisition
July 05, 2011 5:20 AMArlington-based-CACI International Inc. has completed its acquisition of Pangia Technologies LLC.
Pangia, based in Fulton, Md., is a software engineering company that provides services in areas such as computer network operations, information assurance, mission systems, software and systems engineering, and IT infrastructure support. Founded in 1999, Pangia has 110 employees and had revenue last year of $18.7 million.
CACI officials said deal will boost its growth in cybersecurity solutions and increase its presence in the intelligence community.
