Branding and advertising firm Big River has hired Kimberlie J. Farlow to establish the company’s public relations department.
Farlow has more than 30 years of communications experience. She worked for Altria Group Inc. before joining Big River, and was responsible for the company’s five corporate websites, social media and internal communications.
Big River’s clients include Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, MoonPie and The Virginia Lottery. As director of public relations, Farlow will become a senior-level public relations counselor to many of Big River’s clients and to the agency itself.
