Henrico Doctors' Hospital of Richmond
is undertaking a five-year, $80 million expansion project
that will add 96 private patient rooms, more parking
and an expanded emergency department. The hospital
purchased land from Honey Tree Apartments, eliminating

M.C. Dean Inc. will invest $8.3 million in
a 260,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that will
create 100 jobs in Caroline County.
The fabrication and logistics complex will support
Dean's global security and communications networking

Tosoh America Inc., a unit of Tosoh Group of Tokyo,
plans to invest $4 million in a cleaning and kitting
facility in Manassas for production of high purity materials for the semiconductor
industry. The project will create 27 jobs. Virginia competed with New York and Ohio
