a Richmond health insurance provider, paid $12 million
to 41 hospitals around Virginia for improvements in
patient safety through a quality improvement incentive
program which rewards hospitals that follow patient

Virginia International Terminals Inc. of
Norfolk signed a 10-year contract with Atlantic Container
Lines
valued between $25 million and $30 million. The deal
gives ACL annual delivery of 10,000 containers and
50,000 tons of cargo on wheels. With 11, 10-year contract
agreements already in place, about 70 percent of the
port's business is now secured through contracts. (News
