Adi Motorsports Inc. plans to expand its Halifax
County operations and hire 32 new employees for fabrication
and body work on race cars. Virginia competed with

Old Dominion University in Norfolk announced
plans to create a research facility to bring together
college students and faculty with the private sector
for technology development and business opportunities.
The facility, to be called Innovation Research Park
@ ODU, will be based in a 75-acre, mixed-use university
setting. Plans call for construction of two research
facilities with the possibility of adding two more
