McGill-Leprechaun Inc., a North Carolina-based provider of recycling services, will invest $5 million in a biodegradable material recovery and recycling center in Sussex County for the manufacture of organic fertilizers and soil amendments. The investment will create 25 jobs. Virginia competed with North Carolina for the project. (Press release)
