Air Wisconsin Airlines Corp. of Appleton, Wis.
will offer service from Norfolk International Airport
as US Airways Express. Passenger traffic is
expected to support creation of a crew base and maintenance
facility later this year, creating 400 jobs with a

Alpha Natural Resources Inc., a coal producer
headquartered in Abingdon, and other partners, including Dominion
Energy of Richmond, will invest $25 million to
build an import terminal in Newport News at an existing
coal-export facility. Construction is expected to begin
