388 Cook Boulevard LLC sold a 125,906-square-foot industrial complex to 3800 Cook Warehouse LLC for $3.4 million. The Cavalier Industrial Park facility will be renovated for tenants with space needs of 18,000 to 60,000 square feet. (Press release)

Bay Warehouse LLC sold Bay Warehouse to 1400 Cavalier LLC for $13.2 million. The 300,000-square-foot industrial complex is located in Chesapeake on a 20-acre parcel in Cavalier Industrial Park. (Press release)

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation announced plans to sell land near Williamsburg's Merchants Square to American Health Evaluation Centers LLC for a 23,000-square-foot upscale health evaluation center to open in late 2006. The foundation will receive $1.3 million in the deal. (Daily Press)

Forest City Enterprises Inc., a Cleveland-based real estate development firm, bought the Ballston Common Office Center in Arlington. The 176,000-square-foot facility is 99 percent leased and sits above Forest City's Ballston Common Mall, a four-level urban retail center. (Business Wire)

Investors Realty Company LLC sold a 27,500-square-foot Norfolk industrial complex on Inventors Road to WRJ LLC for 1.1 million. (Press release)

Lakeview Development Group LLC bought the former FAG Bearings Corp. building on Suffolk's Lake View Parkway to reuse for the U.S. Joint Forces Command. The 100,000-square-foot facility is 97% warehouse space and 3% office space. It will be leased to the General Services Administration and converted to 70% office and lab space and 30% warehouse space. (Press release)

Verville Ventures LLC bought the Crawford Building in Portsmouth's Central Business District for $1.2 million. The 17,800-square-foot, four-story office building is 87 percent occupied by law firms and city offices. (Press release)
