Colfax Corp.,
a Richmond-based manufacturer of power transmission
products, sold its Colfax Power Transmission
Group division in Quincy, Mass., to Genstar
Capital L.P., a private investment firm headquartered
in San Francisco. (PRNewswire)
Pulaski Furniture Corp.,
sold its Ridgeway Clocks division in Henry County
to Howard Miller, a Zeeland, Mich.-based clockmaker.
Pulaski will move production of curios from
Ridgeway to one of two plants in Pulaski where
the company will focus on the manufacture of
bedroom, dining room, curio and accent products.
