The move advances the company's goal of having five

30 electrical engineers at its Salem Wind Energy Plant
in an effort to increase production and meet production
in the wind-energy market, which is expected to undergo

Richmond for its third office. The company buys private
residences, renovates and resells them. It operates

Massey Energy Company, a Richmond-based
coal company, plans to begin production at its Mammoth
Coal Company facility in Kanawha County, W.Va. Massey
bought the operation through bankruptcy court auction
and anticipates production of 800,000 tons in 2005.

Snack Alliance Inc., a snack
food manufacturer headquartered in Hermiston, Oregon
bought the Wise Snack Food plant in Bristol and will
invest $9.8 million to maintain the plant and its 85
jobs, as well as add 95 new workers. Virginia completed

West Corp., an Omaha, Neb.-based
provider of outsourcing services, plans to add 300 workers
to its call center operation in Hampton which already
employees 1,400. Increased demand from company's outsourcing
