As an electrical company, we have the capabilities in house to Design, Build and Maintain low voltage systems such as security and fire alarm as well as high voltage electrical distribution systems. We have done or are doing Design/Build contracts for GSA, the US Navy and the Department of Justice. In January of 2004, we were awarded a TEGG Service franchise for a large section of Virginia and a portion of North Carolina. Bay Electric now offers multi-year, guaranteed TEGG Service agreements for proactive and predictive maintenance, design, installation, testing, repair and replacement service on electric distribution systems for essentially any building or facility.
