AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc., a Richmond-based owner and operator of bowling centers and manufacturer of bowling equipment, sold its 45 bowling centers in Australia to Macquarie Leisure Operations Limited for $49.3 million. The company also sold its 33 centers in the United Kingdom to certain shareholders of Bourne Leisure for an undisclosed sum.
