Philip Morris USA: $300 million to cover some of the costs of renovating its new corporate headquarters in Richmond. Most of the investment will go into its cigarette manufacturing plant in the city. 5. Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals Inc.: $260 million expansion of its pharmaceuticals plant in Petersburg expected to create 165 additional jobs. 6. Old Dominion Electric Coop: a $230 million power plant for additional capacity in Louisa County. 7. Anheuser-Busch Inc.: a $200 million investment to increase capacity at its beer brewery plant in James City County. 8. General Dynamics Land System, a business unit of General Dynamics: $64.5 million in Prince William County for the assembly of a new fighting vehicle for the U. S. Marine Corps that will create 170 jobs. 9. Stihl Inc: $60 million expansion of its U.S. headquarters in Virginia Beach that will bring 200 new jobs. 10.
