Jeff
Love wants to help businesses grow. “Sometimes
a second set of eyes helps a business,” says
Love, 48. He often works with family businesses
and all the idiosyncrasies of personalities that
frequently come when families work together.
“You
almost have to have a psychology degree. You have
to be able to read people and be able to get them
on the same page,” he says.
Love
graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State
University in 1977. But the MBA he earned from
Virginia Commonwealth University nine years later
really opened his eyes to how areas such as advertising
and finance can help grow a business. He also
works extensively with medical practices and other
health care businesses.
