DCF-2, a real estate partnership based in Raleigh, N.C., plans to purchase the historic Chamberlin Hotel at Fort Monroe in Hampton from Old Point Comfort Hotel of Hampton Roads for approximately $4.2 million and convert it into a retirement residence for retired military personnel.
