Cornerstone Realty Income Trust Inc., a property management firm headquartered in Richmond, entered into an agreement with Merry Land Properties of Georgia, to merge into a wholly owned subsidiary of Cornerstone. AFG Industries of Kingsport, Tenn., a glass manufacturer, plans to locate a new glass-coating operation in Washington County, creating 80 jobs through a $30 million investment in a 150,000-square-foot facility.
