plans to acquire the outstanding stock of Acton
Burnell Inc., an information technology company

of Defense contractor, was acquired by New York-based
L-3 Communications, a provider of intelligence,
surveillance and reconnaissance products, for
approximately $50 million in cash and possibly

a global Internet consulting firm based in Phoenix,
Ariz., plans to acquire the assets of Aims
