Thomas Warburton joins Value Options as vice president of corporate communications

ValueOptions, a national behavioral health and wellness company in Norfolk, has named Thomas Warburton vice president of corporate communications. He will manage corporate strategy and annual plans for all aspects of the company’s external and internal communications. Warburton also will oversee ValueOptions’ creative services department, as well as advertising, editorial and media relations efforts.
He previously worked at the company for two years as vice president of marketing. After leaving ValueOptions, Warburton founded Chordstruck Communications Design, a boutique consulting firm that provided public relations, marketing and communications support to a variety of industry leaders. Prior to his first tenure with ValueOptions, Warburton held various marketing, communications and public relations positions at ClientSoft (now Progress DataDirect) and Jacada as well as O’Keeffe & Company, a Washington, D.C., area public relations firm.
