Rosetta Stone names new executive

Language learning technology company Rosetta Stone has appointed Judy Verses as president, global institutional business.
She will be responsible for the Arlington-based company’s institutional business around the world. The company provides language learning to institutional customers in the government, education and corporate markets.
Verses was president and chief client officer of Blackboard, where she was responsible for global sales and marketing. She also held several leadership positions with Verizon, including senior vice president of marketing for Veriaon’s portfolio of voice, video and data products.
