Mark Warlick re-elected as chairman of Norfolk Planning Commission

Mark B. Warlick, a senior vice president and partner with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., has been re-elected chairman of the Norfolk Planning Commission. Warlick, who heads the Office & Industrial Division at S.L. Nusbaum, was originally appointed to the commission in 1999 and has served as chairman since 2007.The seven-member commission, appointed by the City Council, is responsible for the review of land use and zoning matters for the city. It makes recommendations to the Norfolk City Council, which votes and makes the final determination.
With more than 30 years of leasing, management and general brokerage experience in Hampton Roads, Warlick has been the recipient of the Hunter A. Hogan, Jr. Award, given to the top producing commercial real estate broker in the region, six of the past fifteen years.
