Jamie A. Scully is named managing broker for Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office
- January 25, 2012
Jamie A. Scully will manage brokerage operations in Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office, succeeding Neil Sullivan who will concentrate solely on commercial brokerage, the Richmond-based company said Wednesday. Scully has been with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer since 2008 when Sullivan Properties Inc. in Fredericksburg merged with Thalhimer. He had worked for Sullivan Properties for four years before that.
Since the merger, he has co-managed the Fredericksburg office alongside Neil Sullivan and will now assume that responsibility full-time. Neil and his wife, Shaun Sullivan, founded Sullivan Properties in 1989 and built it into one of the Fredericksburg area’s largest commercial real estate firms. Since the merger, Shaun has headed up the property management side. She is reportedly retiring at the end of March and will be succeeded by Dolores Lecky.
Scully is active in the Fredericksburg community, serving as chairman of the city’s Architectural Review Board and as a member of both the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation and the Central Virginia Housing Coalition. He received his Virginia real estate license in the spring of 2004 and earned a CCIM designation in 2009.
