Huntington Ingalls names vice president for litigation, investigations and compliance

Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. has named Chad N. Boudreaux corporate vice president for litigation, investigations and compliance.
Boudreaux was previously with Baker Botts LLP, where he established a Global Security and Corporate Risk Counseling practice group.
Boudreaux also has held senior-level positions in the U.S. government, including deputy chief of staff for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2005 to 2006, and leadership positions in the U.S. Department of Justice, including serving as senior counsel to U.S. Deputy Attorney General James Comey.
Boudreaux will coordinate litigation, investigations and legal compliance for Huntington Ingalls.
