Hilton names director of restaurant development

Hilton Worldwide has appointed Ellen Burke Van Slyke as director of restaurant development for the Americas region.

Burke Van Slyke will be based at Hilton’s headquarters in McLean.

Burke Van Slyke previously was corporate creative director of food and beverage for Loews Hotels. In addition, she held many operations positions at Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego and Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Ariz.
