Big River names chief creative officer

Richmond-based Advertising agency Big River has hired Kai Fang as its chief creative officer.
Fang has 15 years of experience working with advertising agencies like Mullen, BBDO and Arnold Worldwide. He has worked on digital and traditional communications for Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, McDonald’s, Visa, AARP and UNICEF. Fang’s creative work also has appeared in Communication Arts, One Show, Adweek, Creativity and the Emmy's.
At Big River, Fang will lead a creative team who will design and develop a range of digital, social and traditional media. Fang will work with clients such as the Virginia Lottery, sweetFrog, Performance Food Group and MoonPie.
