Agilex announces two hires

Agilex announced the appointment Thursday of Marianne Meins as president of the company’s Intel/Defense Sector business. Before joining Agilex, Meins was a senior vice president for National Security Initiatives at Secure Mission Solutions in Reston. She brings more than 25 years of business and technology experience to Chantilly-based Agilex, which provides mission and technology solutions to the national and homeland security, healthcare and public sectors.
The Intel/Defense Sector is one of the company’s largest business units. It focuses on helping the defense and intelligence communities address dynamic missions, evolving threats and tighter budgets. Meins will have overall responsibility for the company’s business operations, including growth, solution development, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Agilex also announced the appointment of John G. Edwards to the position of vice president for National Security Initiatives.
