ODS has a simple and professional compensation structure: Pay for performance. We execute our pay structure broken out up through several tiers of proven competence and service by the officer. Their first year sees the most rapid appreciation so as to affirm and support the promise and expectation of professional pay for professional work. All performance is gauged and compensated based on ODS standards and our clients' expectations.
