Great Wolf Lodge | The Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance | Kingsmill Resort & Spa

The state’s oldest meeting place
Williamsburg has been attracting high-end meetings for centuries. The trend started with pre-Revolutionary War meetings at the Colonial capital and continued to modern times with the conferences of the Economic Summit of Industrialized Nations and CEOs of the country’s largest corporations.

The city offers 16 conference properties of varying size that feature more than 4,700 guest rooms. Conference planners are prepared to take care of all the important details.
Williamsburg also offers plenty of activities and attractions, including the world’s largest living-history museum at Colonial Williamsburg, championship golf courses, discount shopping outlets and nearby theme parks.

Relax and let Kingsmill Resort & Spa handle all the details. Your conference planner will guide you through putting together the conference. Once your meeting begins, a conference concierge will assist you throughout the entire conference, doing anything you need from photocopying, performing secretarial duties and delivering messages to conferees.

The resort offers 16 meeting rooms in 16,000 square feet of meeting space. Seven of the rooms make up the resort’s conference center, which has been certified by the International Association of Conference Centers.

Your conference attendees will not only be impressed by the flawless attention to detail, but also by the conference center’s extraordinary views of the James River and the resort’s 2,900 picturesque acres. The center’s seven rooms feature deck or outdoor prefunction areas to allow guests to enjoy Virginia’s natural beauty. Each room has ergonomically correct chairs, soundproofing, the latest in audiovisual equipment, adjustable lighting and individual climate controls.
Guests will find plenty to do in their free time. The resort has three world-glass golf courses, including the River Course, used in the LPGA’s Michelob Ultra Open. Guests can also be pampered at the Spa at Kingsmill and can stay active at the sports club, indoor and outdoor pools and a 15-court Tennis Club.
